Lost all info in Outlook, Lost Windows,

Any Suggestions,

Lost ALL emails in Outlook, lost access to most programmes, had to use System Restore, still unable to access Outlook.

No Contact Us access on Website.

Is there anybody out there who can advise me on how to get back 7 years of emails.

I assume you've deleted something you shouldn't - the emails are probably still there, but outlook is just not working - You probably need a microsoft support forum.
As stated in the program- you shouldn't use Duplicate Cleaner to delete anything if you don't know what it is.
