Fragmentation of files risk with Selection assist

using Selection assistant ,"select all but one file in each group " Function, I am wondering if Duplicate cleaner keeps files in folders clustered together by default or would it render my small programs useless by fragmenting dll's etc away from the functioning program folder set.Thanks Ropes

It would - it's not recommended running DC on program files.
