The course includes a 5-tab spreadsheet with detailed instructions for 37 duplicate Scans. Some of the Scans are optional or have optional criteria/settings. Most of the scans have 'sub scans' for different 'Same Folder Name' match levels.

The Legacy Workflow was created over several years, and is designed teach one to organize even very large and complex digital photo and video collections. A big challenge when organizing digital collections is preserving information. Often, clients give folders and Albums meaningful names, and add metadata like Keywords or Descriptions. However, the photo with the keyword or the photo in the folder with the meaningful name is often not the largest files (pixel dimensions and file size).
