(I think "recursive" is the right word here.) What I want to do is specify two locations for searching. For example, "c:\files" and d":\files". Please note that each of these folders have numerous subfolders. I would like Duplicate Cleaner to find only files that are duplicated as between "c:\files" and "d:\files'" but NOT to find files that may be duplicated within each drive and its subfolders. Does that make sense?
Thanks.

[EDIT]
My original answer was wrong.. must have speed read the question!
To prevent finding duplicates that are only in that starting folder, set the 'Find duplicates' option to 'External only' for each folder you require.

uhmmm, that's super un-intuitive...
