Hi
I'm comparing multiple portable USB Hard drives, and I get the following warning on the scan page:
"Warning! These folders map to the same location or subfolder: please change to prevent false duplicates being detected.
J:\ -> O:\
O:\ -> J:\"
But these are physically different drives, with different files and folder structures on them. Any idea what would trigger this warning, and how to avoid issues from it?
Folders map to the same location warning?

Re: Folders map to the same location warning?
It usually checks by volume drive serial number among other things - is it possible that one drive was cloned from the other at some point in the past?
If you are happy you can ignore the warning (be sure you have backups before removing anything though).
