How do I compare two folders against each other for duplicates?

I have two folders containing videos and photos

1) originals photos and videos

2) duplicates or (known to be possible duplicates) of photos and videos

How do I setup DCP 5 to find just the duplicates between these two folders?

Set them both to 'External only' in the Scan location tab.
