help with filters

I am trying to find duplicates that follow a specific pattern and can't seem to get my filters right. The pattern is
Folder 1
Filename(1)
Filename(1)(1)
Filename(2)
Filename(2)(1)
Filename(3)
Filename(3)(1)

All the files With a second (1) are duplicates of the file they match and it keeps going and I have multiple subfolders under a large folder that look like that. Which settings do I specifically use to find these duplicates? I have tried multiple options and haven't been able the get there.

- Possibly 'Same file name' and 'ignore copy', but I don't think it'll work in this case.

If the files are same, then you don't need to match on file names at all - just use 'same content'.
