I have a system (c:) drive for the windows OS and a data (d:) drive for all my data. My windows user folders (documents, pictures, desktop etc) have been relocated to the d: drive.
I have an annoying habit of creating and editing doucments on the desktop with the intention of moving them to another folder when finished. This often does not happen.
As a start to tidying this mess up I need to find all files in the d:\Desktop folder that are also somewhere else on the d:\ drive. The manual suggests that I set the desktop folder as master but this option disappears as soon as I add the d:\ folder into the list.
Is there any way of acheiving what I am after?

Re: Compare Folder with all other folders
You'll need to set 'scan subfolders' to 'No' on the 'D:\' drive and add all the subfolders of d:\ manually to the list. (you can drag them all across at once).
This will allow you to set your preferred subfolder as 'Master'
