Interesting. This command pops up a .NET framework system prompt and it looks like it is having a font issue. Check the Segoe UI font isn't missing or corrupt (this is the .net default font).

I have the same problem. Windows 7 x64. The font "Segoe UI" works without problems in MS Word.

Fix: v5.16 now uses it's own custom popup and not the system one so this shouldn't happen now.
