As the subject says, is there a way in the Duplicate files list top only select files that are duplicated but not in a zip file? If not, is that planned, or can it be? It would be helpful. I'm currently using Duplicate Finder 5.013.
Another possible way to do this would be to add a "Folder Type" column that indicated zips vs folders, or a boolean zipped yes/no

You can always tell the Selection Assistant to prefer "Folder" does not contain ".zip".
And you can also filter by just zip folders and unmark any of these if they have been marked
