I have used the free version during the Evaluation period and it did the job quite nicely on my Windows 7 Pro Dell Precision M8200.
Today I have purchased a license and updated to version 4.1.4 and surprise! It crashes EVERY TIME.
I am able to select folders, then the software searches for duplicates and when it's finished, a window pops up to tell me what's happening and how many duplicates were found, etc. I can read what's in this window, but whenever I try to click anywhere on it, or after a few seconds of doing nothing, the software crashes.
There is no error message.
I can select any folder, even an empty one.
I have rebuilt the caches, etc.
There is no information regarding the crash if the LOG file, which is normally updated by the search.
Please help QUICKLY, thank you.

I have downloaded a version 3.2.7 which works fine but it does not accept my license key, so it's not fully operational.
