Not deleting from computer
I have spent hours and hours deleting thousands of duplicate photos from my computer using this program. However, there are still many duplicates left, and the program is not finding them, even when I use the "loose" match setting. It is getting pretty frustrating. I see the things that I have deleted in my recycle bin, but then they are also still on my computer! Ack! Help, please!

I discovered a similar situation when deleting files.
I had over 60k in duplicate files, deleted them and on a whim, decided to run DC again. The program found the same 60K files that I previously deleted.
The issue was I was deleting using Shift-Del. That doesn't work! Duplicate Cleaner requires using the built in file removal function to (permanently) delete the selected files/folders.
