Ability to NOT ignore numbers in filenames

Most of our files have names such as Randomword_9343273695 and Otherword_9343273695. It seems as though with this program I cannot find those duplicates since the "similar names" ignores numbers. It would be nice to not have it ignore numbers, and instead was able to match numbers or something!
