Hi there sorry if this is ridiculously obvious but...
I have a heap of duplicate .mov files that are exactly the same size in several folders that I am hoping to easily delete but keep one. I have put in my search criteria as ignore content and ticked the same size box with 2 bytes tolerance but nothing is coming up but I know there's heaps of files that the exact same size. I've entered the file filter as .mov etc Any idea's where I'm going wrong?

Have to check this first - are you sure the file sizes are that close? Note that Windows explorer displays the sizes in KB by default, not Bytes
There's also a check-list here of reasons why nothing is found.

One useful test to check if your folder is being included in the scan is to make a copy of one of the files in Windows Explorer and see if it is picked up.
