Very large group

Hi, I'm new to this and I registered the software today.

I searched 3 large drives and one group in the results is extraordinarily large with about 6,000+ files. I can now see that the search also groups byte sizes and these are all 0 byte files grouped together.

I can see many options to mark and unmark but not that many for filters. I don't want to perform another search but I would like to see in the list only 'real' duplicates such as docs/pic/vids/music which are identical. How do I filter the list in this way or must I perform the search again?

First, in Search Criteria, there is the option, "Exclude zero size files from the duplicate list".

Since you've already run the scan, if you click the 'Group #', that will highlight all the files (6000) in the group.
Right-click, Drop selected from list.

That should remove those 6000 files from your duplicate list.
