I hope you can help. I have the pro version 4.1.0. When I run a scan on a folder it says there are no duplicates. When I run the free version of 4.1.0 and run a scan on the same folder with the same settings it tells me there are 218 duplicates. Is there an issue with the pro version.
(I also uninstalled them and loaded them to a new computer with the same results.)

Are you scanning the root of a drive or a folder? System or external?
Some people have found that unchecking the 'Don't follow NTFS Mountpoints and Junctions' option helps.
