Similar content search different named files

Does the "similar content" scan group duplicates of the exact same size with different names? Or do I need to turn the "similar content" search on as well as click the "same size" option?

'Same Content' will find exact duplicates with different names/dates/etc but the same size

'Similar Content' will find files with similar data (though it may not be identical) - click the 'Same size' option if you want them to be the same size also.
