Can this software compare various offline hard drives?

I have a toaster-style hard drive docking station in which I can insert different hard drives. Will this software allow me to separately scan those hard drives and then compare the results of those scans and search for duplicates across all those hard drives since I can't have them all online at the same time?

Sorry, it can't currently compare cached searches. This is a good idea for a future feature!
