How to delete the duplicate Files from a specifique folder

I'm testing Duplicate Cleaner Pro 3.2.7.

I have selectet to different location and so I have found a lot duplicated pictures! More then 8000 groups. But how can I delete the doubles now just from one folder without touching the other folder? And only this picture which are in both location?

I found it!

Right klick, and then "mark all double-files in that foldertree"

Some of them get a "!" in a orange circle. What is the meanig of it?

"Mark the files in this folder-tree that have duplicates elsewhere" might be better if you don't want to get the "!" warning (i.e. It's warning you that you've marked all copies of a duplicate that is just within that tree).
