Single File Groups ?

What does it mean when a single image file line in the Duplicate files display shows two images? Initially, I was getting 2-3 lines per duplicate group and I could delete one or more of them. But now, the same file line seems to have two identical images in the Duplicate Files display. Since there is only a single line for both images, I cannot select one to delete? How can there be two images associated with the same image file?

Have you changed the sorting so it is not sorted by the Group column?
Or is there a filter turned on? (Right click menu to remove filters)
