I was using Duplicate Cleaner Free 3.1.5 on my desktop computer with Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits SP1 and .NET Framework 4.5.1. It was perfect.
After I installed a new Pro version 3.2.3 and tried to run I got error messages followed by program shutdown. The Free 3.1.5 version still works fine.
I tried to run the same Pro 3.2.3 version on my laptop (Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits) and it runs perfectly.
Is it something related to 64 bits?
Is there an older version I can use right now? The lincense key will work with that older version?
Is there a solution for that failure? If not, can I get a refund?

Things to try:
1) It's possibly a damaged/corrupt component in the .NET framework. One thing to try first though is to reinstall Duplicate Cleaner pro, but first making sure that the previous installation is completely deleted (remove the folder e.g. c:\program files(x86)\Duplicate Cleaner Pro).
2) Next, as well as .NET 4.5 the program does require .NET 3.5 - this is actually a separate thing to 4.5 confusingly, and is installed alongside it.

You may already have this (especially as you say the previous version worked), but it's worth a try, particularly if the is a chance that part of it is corrupt.
It works fine in 64 bits so I don't think that is the issue. If the above fails I can give you a link to 3.1.6 to try.

As you suggested it seems to be a problem with .NET Framework 3.5. It was installed but when I treid to reinstall an error message showed some problem with DSROLE.DLL.
I will try to reinstall Windows and see what happens.
