How can I find such similar files

20130220_215710_290_BP7D4867.JPG in image mode with similar file names I was not able
and how I can select with one step duplicates if they are in the same folder not select one by one

Unfortunately those two file names you listed are just over the threshold for the 'similar files names' search. We hope to add a setting to enable the threshold to be altered, but you can't at the minute.

You can select everything in the same folder by right-clicking on a file and choosing 'Mark->Mark all files found in this folder'
