6k worth of files are not processing for some reason

Can someone help me with this issue.

Not sure why this is happening and I cannot locate where to get log files.

The log file will be in your Windows Documents folder (e.g. Duplicate Cleaner Pro log.txt or similar).
Check the Duplicate Cleaner settings tab for the exact path (you can also view from there by clicking button).
