How to reset to defaults?

After trying out this-and-that I would like to reset DC to defaults?
How do I do that?

Is there a way for the reset to only be about the parameters, not the data (hash tables).
Or could there be an import/export mechanism for all the GUI accessible parameters, and not the data. Or something to the equivalent user case effect? Should I create new post?
