Install Fail....

Dear Duplicate Cleaner,

Your software (DC5.23.0.0) via payment confirmation does not install (C:\Program Files (x86)\Duplicate Cleaner 5\Fastenshtein.dll. 'verify access to that directory') and when I try to enter my lic key into the trial version I get a different error (see image)
