Create hardlinks button grayed

DC2: The "create hardlinks" button is always grayed. I ran my tests on Win7-64 and WinXP-32, both boxes with local NTFS disk. Any thoughts?

I thought I found what I was doing wrong. The "same content" option must be selected. In my case, I do not need the "same content" comparation. Only name and dates are enought.

Yes, this is a safety feature to stop hardlinking of non-identical files.
