software crashes every time it needs to remove duplicates

can you please help me?

My software found lots of duplicates, around 150 GB, but every time it needs to remove the automatically marked duplicates, it crashes.

For example:

What can I do? Is there a remote support?

...

I recently deleted about 1TB of files with no errors.

Is D: an actual drive on your computer, or is that actually your phone itself?
If the phone, does the phone have a "recycle-bin"?
