Music files don't show up as duplicates?

I have two folders that contain almost identical music files. But, for some reason, Duplicate Cleaner doesn't find any duplicates. It finds other duplicates on the same drive but not from this folder.

Any ideas on what might be going on? Thanks.

Are you sure it is following the directory (i.e it could be hidden/system/NTFS junction)? You can check by seeing if the total number of files scanned is what you expect.
