Wrong color of lines

Blue and red group lines show wrong if exists hardlinked doubles. Checking group number needed.

If you are sorting by another other than group in version 1.4.x the line colouring may appear incorrectly. This is fixed in the upcoming v2.0 as the colouring is generated dynamically.

Looking forward to v2! I was going to suggest that groups be recoloured after deleting orphans, but I guess v2 will fix that too.
