Duplicates list columns layout -- possible to set default?

I like to have my columns laid out different from the program's default. Each time I open DC, I have to change the columns' positions. Is it possible to set a customized default?

Columns can be turned off (right click on column header), but like the position re-arrange it's only for that scan session.

AFAIK, that's still the case.

How about a 'My columns' button next to the quick columns buttons. You could save and recall custom column layouts (width, order, on/off) with one click. Considering this for v4.

I am replying to an old thread as this annoyance is still present in v4.1.4. If I nix a column, I expect it to stay gone.

Um...not so excellent unless I'm missing something...I canNOT save column selection, nor column order between scans. It doesn't even save the column layout even when I save the scan and reopen it. Has column layout actually been implemented in v5? If so, there's nothing in the Help to indicate how to save column layout.

Column selection (ie shown/hidden) and width should save between scans. Column order doesn't save but will do in the upcoming 5.18 update.
