RFE: Investigate New (non-cryptographic) Hash algorithms, be it xxHash or some other.

So long as it can find duplicates, & if it ends up being faster...

This is on the list for version 5

The main thing to check with these nice new non-cryptographic hash algorithms is that there are minimal collisions when hashing files (i.e. false duplicates). There doesn't seem to be much information out there!
