Before scanning files with Duplicate Cleaner I protected one folder. I wait 60 hours before the scanning was complete and now I see that I make a mistake: I selected the wrong folder. Waiting 60 hours again is very hard, so I want to know if there is another option to select files to delete in the protected folder.

You can export the files to CSV via the Files menu, and then re-import. This will cause the files to lose their protected status.
Note - it won't display anything in the Duplicate folders tab after importing.
