Large files & growing files

I like this program except for the following:

Large files makes the Stop button unresponsive.

Moving duplicate files occasionally adds something to the file. I noticed when I moved a few files and checked for duplicates again, the duplicates where not found. I compared those moved files with other duplicates and found that the moved files had increased in size and therefore were not found because of different checksum.

Interesting - I wonder if the filesize was changing because the files were moved to a different drive type? (eg FAT/cluster size)

Taking a closer look at the files, it seems the affected files were jpg files. These files that didn't have an EXIF header mysteriously have one now.
