hi,
when using exact match in image mode, duplicate cleaner will not find identical tif based files, like nef, crw.
You need to to set it the very close match. this is a bit troublesome because if you have 2 files shot at the same time with only slight differences in lighting, they will also show up as duplicates, which they are not.
The exact match only seems to work perfect when comparing jpg files
is there a way around this ?
thank you

Re: Exact match not finding duplicate tif images
You are correct - it seems there is an issue using 'Exact match' and most RAW formats. As a workaround you can find exact file copies for RAW images using Regular Mode ->Same content.
I'll get this checked out and patched for the next update.

Hi,
Thank you for your response, but I will wait for the patch because the files are not MD5SUM identical anymore because I added tags.
The image payload, however, should still be the same.
Regards,
Kjell
