Reverse mode - Flag different files rather than same?

I'd like to be able to flag files that are different, rather than the same. Currently I'm comparing and deleting a huge amount of files from a (second) backup and noting what's left behind by Duplicate Cleaner.

Is there a way?

I'm on 3.2.7 Pro

This is probably Unique mode - but it's only available in Duplicate Cleaner Pro 4 -
