Hi support
We were infected by a crypto locker type virus, and after fixing the infected files, we now need to delete the ransom file off the system.
The file is called 'How To Recover Encrypted Files' and littered through thousands of folders.
I have just purchased the pro version, but can seem to get your software to find the files.
Could you please let me know how best to set the search up to find this specific file?
Many thanks in advance.
Jason

Re: Search setup after virus issue
Without seeing the file(s) I can't give a definite answer. The content in each may be different.
Assuming the all have the same name you can try:
Disable the 'Protect important system files' menu option
-Regular mode
-Ignore file content
-Same file name
Change the filter to "*.*" (everything). Or even "How To Recover*" just to focus on those files.
