Can't tick anything, every click "dings"

Every click "dings" -- can't click anything, including Help button. Just bought Pro 4, upgrading from free; this was my first scan in the paid version. I was searching for audio files and found many duplicates, but I can't delete any of them.

Are there any windows hidden under the main one? It sounds like it is waiting for you to click/close a dialog window.

If it is still stuck you can try stopping the program with task manager and restarting it.
