lost key

Yesterday I formatted my hard disk for installing Windows from scratch. I saved all my mails, documents, applications etc to a safe place.
Now Windows is up and running, I would reinstall Duplicate Cleaner, but I can not find the mail containing the registration key. I only can find the first five characters on another computer.
How can I recover the serial key?
