Help! Paid for Pro 4 but needed Version 3

I downloaded and paid for Duplicate Cleaner Pro 4, and it wouldn't work on my computer. Here https://www.digitalvolcano.co.uk/dcdownloads.html It says Windows XP needs version 3.2.7 I downloaded that and it rejected my Cleaner 4 license code.

The Duplicate Cleaner website http://www.duplicatecleaner.com/purchase.html didn't say anything about Pro 4 not working for XP - how do I downgrade to the 3.2.7 without paying again??

Hi I want to thank you for your support. My computer was crashing at the time, but I managed to get everything off it - so I kept the Version 4 to install on my new computer instead. Thanks again.
