Duplicate Cleaner Pro freezes

Hey I am trying to clean all my busines files, using the 4.02 of the Pro-Version.

The files I like to clean are located on my NAS. I switched the cleaning process fro the preset "same content" to just comparing file dates such as size and dates.

The process of finding and marking the duplicated files within Dublicate Cleaner works absolutely fine. After DC hands over this list to the windows deletion process, the system sometimes freezes after a while.
This effect mainly happens, when it found large numer of files to be deleted and it stops/freezes mostly at files, which are small files.

I am running the system on 64bit Windows 10 Professional and actual cue has deleted already 52% of the work, when freezing.

Any idea, what I can do (beside manually selecting smaller number of elements to be compared and deleted)?

PS Your German translation of the GUI is not very good. Some describtions are actiual misleading and I understood the meaning of some settings only, when I saw the original englisch GUI.

What OS are you running?

What kind of NAS?
What file system is it using?
Does the NAS also have a "recycle-bin" like feature & is it enabled?

About how many files are we talking about? (Check the log.)

When it freezes, is there still ongoing CPU usage for DC or has it subsided?

German translation of the GUI is not very good
