DUPLICATE CLEANER NOT WORKING

Duplicate Cleaner worked great when I first used it and now its not working, i.e. its not finding duplicate files when there are plenty. I've tried a few times and read all I can to see if I have something wrong in my setting. Whatever I do it still says there are none.
Can anyone help?

Is the file filter setting correct? Select 'Everything' again if not sure. Be sure it is set to 'File search' not audio.
Check the 'scan subfolders' option.
