User-definable database location via ini file

Just to point out, if you specify a Path= in database.ini, the actual data is stored in a location relative to your specified Path=.

So if you set Path=C:\TMP\
The actual database files are stored at: C:\TMP\DigitalVolcano\DuplicateCleaner\*

Further if you want to retain your existing data, settings, you need to move it (while Duplicate Cleaner is closed, I'd think) from %APPDATA%\DigitalVolcano\DuplicateCleaner\* into your new location.

Yes, it adds the two sub-paths (as it would in the appdata folder). This behaviour could be updated but I don't think it's a huge issue.
