Cannot move/delete files

I cannot move some duplicate files. The error message is: "140 file(s) were not processed as they are protected". How can I unlock the protected file. I did try to use the unlocker software (http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/) but it still give the same error message. TQ.
