Suggestion: Protection over ride / cleanup

Find I delete directories and the program says "ok we decided to rescue this exe file" I would like to retain exe file protection on but have a message prompting "would you like to delete these exe files which were protected" (and produce the same small text list that you have)

Then I click either delete or "keep"

Thoughts?

Interesting idea, though possibly could confuse the less savvy user. I'll review how the protection is used in the next major update though, so all suggestions welcome!
