This one is very easy to implement:
On "Duplicate Folders" (and "duplicate files") tab a button which does:
Checks listed folders (or files) that listed item still available on disk. And removes invalid ones from the list or marks them.
scenario:
After scan complated i looked the report and manually deleted some folders from disk using windows explorer. Duplicate Cleaner is not aware that files deleted. And reports are wrong at that moment.
Nothing wrong about Duplicate Cleaner, but allowing to renew that information manually will be better. Also it is possible by monitoring internal windows messages but this one must be optionally enabled by user (performance issues).

You can do this with the Refresh command on the main list.

The folder list should update when you flip the tab after the refresh.
