I also had this issues until I uninstalled the program and re-installed it.

I noticed in an earlier post that to get the full benefit of the last update you have to remove the prior version.

Did not work for me. Have to stop the analysis after a while and select the files to delete, then start again. Works, but not as fast.

If you have a 64 bit machine try the 64 bit beta - better on memory use
