RFE: board Announcements Section with only a locked thread announcing the current releases, with changelog & download links (& whatever else may be appropriate).
(One thread for each release, be it Free or Pro.)

Good idea. I'm implementing it via a new forum with topic for each release. The topic can then form a newsfeed which can be used from the website (in a future update)
