How can I use cleaner with memory stick or music player the uses USB

If you mean use Duplicate Cleaner with files on a memory stick, you should just be able to select the correct mapped drive (eg. H:) to that stick (or USB device).
If you want to actually run DC off a memory stick, you'll need to copy the files from the installation folder onto the stick. It's not a supported way of running, but it will probably work. It will still create user setting files on your machine though.

For some reason it not working for me, in where (scan location-where to look. My memory stick or the music player is not showing up as a devices.

Does it show up as a drive letter in Windows Explorer? If not you'll need to map it. Also, If you plug it in after DC has started you'll need to press the refresh button next to the folder list to see it.

I tried remapping ,but no luck. it say it say it portable devices. i had to load the files to a folder and run DC.
