Modifed/Created Date - Time Variance


Suggestion to allow for time variances.
An (up to) two second (or configurable), & separately a one or two hour variance allowance would allow for various Windows time differences. FAT vs NTFS & daylight savings ...


As it is now, a particular directory has 1250 groups, 2834 files when searching by Content.
If I change the search to Content and Modified Date, I'm only returned 228 groups & 469 files.


Now in reality, I probably (without looking at all the groups) should be darn near the 1250/2834 numbers. A quick look down the list shows virtually every one that is different to be 1 or 2 seconds.

Good idea. Currently it rounds to the nearest second when comparing - the milliseconds stored by some file systems were causing nothing to match...
I'll add it to the list, and maybe it could be implemented in the scan options.

To expand on this further, there could be an option to ignore Time altogether (IOW, just look at the date).
