After a brief look, there are a few things about Duplicate Cleaner that strike me as obvious omissions - and something that could be addressed in future versions.
When selecting "scan locations" - the current tree view (on the left) doesn't permit multiple selections. Folders & files need to be added one at a time. I'd like to be able to multi-select using the usual shift/ctrl click.
Secondly the feature to search inside zip files - obviously cannot handle password protected files. Most of the zip files I have are protected using 1 of 2 different passwords. Being able to specify a password list (prior to a scan) would allow to include these files in a scan.
Finally support for archives other than zip - I have more WinRAR archives than zip files on my computer. Also support for zip file alternatives, such as 7zip. The unrar/unzip source code is freely available ( http://rarsoft.com/rar_add.htm )

Re: 3.06 Suggestions. (RAR & Multiselect Sources)
Thanks for the suggestions.
The standard .NET framework Tree view doesn't allow multi select - something we are trying to work around, perhaps with a custom control. As an alternative you can multiselect in Windows Explorer, and then drag and drop into the 'paths to scan' list.
Interesting idea about the passwords - will have to factor this into a future release. Thanks for the RAR dll info too.
